Full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee, until 28 days prior to the start of the program.
Refunds will ONLY be given after this period for the following:

• Medically documented injury or illness that prevents finishing the season.
• Documentation that child is moving out of a MHK Surf area.
• Other extenuating circumstances approved by Club Director.

All refund requests approved within 28 days of a program start date of any prepaid fees are prorated and less any expenses, administration fees, refund processing fees.
